The CIM Flexpalletizer™ 10-zone vacuum grippers are ideal for palletizing a variety of boxes, trays and more. The tooling is comprised of ten individual zones with separate vacuum generators. the independent zones allow for instant product change over. the tooling is perfect for handling multiple incoming product conveyors with different product sizes.
Enclosed tooling-mounted DeviceNet or Ethernet modules and blow-off capability reduce reaction time. The 10-zone tool incorporates powerful generators and a flexible suction plate to create a solid grip even on porous and perforated products.
